TERMS & CONDITIONS
Both the buyer and the seller accepts the following conditions.
In these terms and conditions 'The Seller' means Jewellery by Amanda, and 'The Buyer' means the purchaser of goods from 'The Seller' under these terms and conditions.
PRICES
Prices may be altered without prior notice.
PAYMENT
Payment by credit/ debit card/ cheque is due in full prior to dispatch of goods.Goods will be dispatched when cheque has cleared.
SHORTAGES & DAMAGES
Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Jewellery by Amanda within 24 hours of delivery with no exception.
DELIVERY & DELIVERY CHARGES
Jewellery by Amanda aims to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving your order, however this can vary subject to availability of stock.
Times quoted are made in good faith, but shall not be binding.
Jewellery by Amanda can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
The ability to make changes and cancel your order is not guaranteed.
Cancellation after dispatch cannot be accepted.
GENERAL
We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose. Customer Commissions are Non Returnable. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
Goods offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.
Specifications such as size and weight of items are APPROXIMATE.
Pictures shown are NOT the actual size of items.
Jewellery by Amanda is not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused, including incidental returns costs.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
GUARANTEE
All items are guaranteed for 28 days but not for accidental loss or damage caused to items.
CUSTOMS & DUTY
Please note that all shipments to US and Rest of World may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
